At Downtown Fitness personal training means results. Those results are based on your fitness goals. We design a personalized fitness program specifically for each and every personal training client. Whether your goal is to lose weight (unwanted body fat), build lean muscle, compete in a body building competition, run a marathon, triathlon, Terrain race, move better (without pain), or increase overall health, we can help. Personal training sessions through downtown fitness are unique and all start with an extensive intake assessment. Our sessions come in full (55 min) and half (27 min) with the ability to train 2-5 days per week. Session packages are also available.
